President's Message: January 2012
Hello Members, I wish a Happy New Year to All!
This is a good time of the year to take a good look at our companies'. How was your profit and loss statements?
Now's a good time to look at the cost of our service calls. Remember the 15 dollar locksmiths sounds like a good deal for the customer. Take a good look at these services, the service maybe 15 dollars but the total price paid maybe 150 dollars or more. It they can charge the prices they are charging why can we not make as much money as they do?
If a customer has towing insurance they should be able to collect as much as 75 dollars back from the insurance company. A 75 dollar charge would not cost the customer a cent.

As 2011 ends its time to make plans for 2012. Lets all plan to make 2012 one of our best years. Remember December 6th is our Christmas Party and Dirty Santa game.
Please think about running for the board next year. If you would like to run please talk to John Brown or David Ayers.
We also need an editor for The Rockey Press.

This year is quickly coming to an end. We have are Christmas party coming up December 6th.
Our web site will be our main goal for next year. If you have any ideas for the web site please talk to one of our Board members. Support of the RMLA web site will support your company.
If you have problems paying your dues on line please let Barry Meyer know about it. If you would like to be on the Board next year please talk with David Ayers or John Brown. Keep in mind we are looking for new members in the RMLA.
